FRANK LEVY
Founder & CEO
Frank founded Invest Direct in 2020. He has almost 30 years of experience in Corporate Finance and Private Equity and has a varied background in audit and investment banking (Rödl & Partner, Oddo, Leven). A tireless entrepreneur, he has assisted numerous SMEs and start-ups with their equity transactions. In London, he created Capitalbooster, a fintech company that was sold in 2001. In 2007, he started a build-up of property maintenance companies in French-speaking Switzerland, before recently selling his stake. He graduated from the European Business School in Paris.
BERNARD SCHACHTER
Co-Founder & Director
Bernard is Senior Advisor of Invest Direct since 2021. A former lawyer, Bernard has been advising European family offices on their approach to private equity for 25 years. He has participated in more than 100 equity transactions and regularly invests in promising young companies. He holds a postgraduate degree in business law and a postgraduate degree in international economic law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. He is also a graduate of Paris-Dauphine.
AMIEL FELDMAN
Senior Advisor & Legal
Amiel is a Swiss lawyer with over 20 years' experience in European and Swiss law. He advises companies in the real estate, technology and financial services sectors, both B2B and B2C. He has a proven track record of success in project management, and deploys his expertise in contract law (in Switzerland and numerous jurisdictions abroad), corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, dispute resolution and regulatory compliance (particularly in the financial services sector and with regard to data protection).
